Darkage

Darkage, the last of his kind as he knows of. They are nick named 'The red hunter' The breed is very skilled at hunting, it comes to them as easily as walking. Their pelts can be sold for millons. It is hard to kill them for they are the hunter. But when they do, it is worst it.
These wolves don't normally have a pack together, they normally go and join others. They can live up to 20 or more years and can only give birth to one pup. Sometimes two.

Darkage mother and father got killed. He was only a child when the humans took him, to do tests on him and learn more about the breed.
He grew up there, longing to be free.

Years pasted, many tests went. Darkage was then sent onto a new test, one he enjoyed. They tested his hunting skills, his fighting skills.. and then, how well he was able to heal himself. Darkage had gotten almost numb to pain when they tried cutting him, seeing how fast he was able to heal by himself. But one day they went to far, cutting off one of his legs. That crossed the line, he attacked.

He broke free, he ran. He ran as fast as his three legs could go.
Everything was so new to him, all so real. The last time he saw a green tree was when he was a pup, or out the windows. He was really free, wasn't he? Or, he had died. Back there in the human place.
Living on his own for a while, not to sure if this was the after life or if he was really free. He met a large red wolf, he was huge. And, fluffy.
"Yes, this is life. My pack is open for you to join," he had said.
Darkage had just smiled, "As long as there is room for a hunter,"
"Yes"
